Return and Exchange Policies at KSC Performance:

Upon Delivery:

Please inspects your package right away after delivery, all damage claim needs to be filed within 7 days of product(s) being delivered at shipping address.  Retain all original box, packaging material until all parts have been checked and delivered in satisfactory condition.

Return Policy - No Hassle:

We will accept no hassle return/exchange up to 14 days  after the product(s) been delivered.   If there are nothing wrong with finish or fitment, and the buyer simply want to return it because of change of mind, buyer will be responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from original purchase price. Original shipping fee is also not refundable, and will be deducted from original purchase price as well.

Item returned need to be in exactly same condition when it was received. Any Holes drilled, tape applied will not be eligible for return.

No Cost Returns – Fitment/Quality Issue:

Once any part is altered by buyer, including trimmed, drilled, or applied with tape/glue; or any kind of damage caused by buyer, it CANNOT be returned. 

We only cover return shipping and waive re-stocking fee when our product does not fit your vehicle after a professional installer have assessed and confirm quality issues preventing them from performing installation.  Some minor trimming or modification to body parts, exhaust tips are expected for proper fitment of our aftermarket body kit.  Before we can accept a “no cost” return, a proof of installation assessed by licensed professional will be required.  Send proof of professional assessment of our part's quality issues to to request a no cost return. 

If you are not a licensed installer, and decided to return anything, your own assessment of installation problem does not quality you for "no cost" return.


Item sent back without professional assessment and proper return authorization will be charged 25% restock fee.

It is your responsibility to make sure the product is made for your car model and year, return of wrong parts ordered can be accepted, but 15% restocking fee will be deducted.


Any request to exchange for a different item needs to be filed within 14 days of delivery, exchange due to damage needs to be filed within 7 days of package being delivered.  Send us an email at to get more information on how to proceed with exchange authorization. 

​Buyer is responsible to retain evidence for inadequate packaging on our part, or shipping company's negligence at handling our package to get coverage by our exchange policy.  Please keep all packaging material until all part(s) are inspected and in satisfactory condition after delivery.

Shipping Cost for Return/Exchange:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging or returning* your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Packaging Requirement:

When returning our product, Items need to be packaged in original or better packaging material, any damages to product due to return shipping, item will be shipped back to buyer at buyer’s cost, and buyer will be required to keep damaged product. 

If anything is damaged upon arrival, contact your shipper right away and have a claim started. Shipper will work with you to either pick it up, or ship it back to us at no additional cost to you if claim is approved.
